What is BRAVE Kids?

BRAVE Kids is all about connecting kids to the Word of God through the story of God. Every weekend, babies through fourth-grade kids experience safe, age-appropriate environments where our kids are guided in a chronological journey through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, to encounter Jesus and learn the essential doctrines of the Christian faith. The goal is not for kids to know more about God, but rather for them to know Him more.

We would love for you and your family to visit BRAVE Kids this weekend. Join the fun, and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level!

The Gospel: God's Plan for Us

The most important message kids will ever hear is the gospel.  Use this video to help confidently share the gospel with your children

Share the Gospel

From the moment you pull in the parking lot, there will be lots of friendly faces eager to show you the way and check in your kids.

Your first stop when you arrive is the first-time check in area. We want to serve you and your child well, so we’ll take some time to get to know you. We’ll ask about allergies, make sure we know what your child likes to be called, and collect your contact information.

Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. If for any reason we need to reach you during the service, you’ll see your kid’s code in the lower corner of the screen. This sticker is also what you’ll use to pick-up your child after the service.

Play clothes are always welcome! BRAVE Kids is a fun, active environment. Your kids will be playing, singing, and dancing as they learn about Jesus in small groups and large groups.

We are going through the Gospel Project, which is a chronological 3 year journey through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, to encounter Jesus and learn the essential doctrines of the Christian faith.

Our BRAVE Kids are monitored by our safety team and kids are not allowed to leave the classroom without a matching sticker.

If for any reason we need to reach you during the service, you’ll see your kid’s code in the lower corner of the screen. This sticker is also what you’ll use to pick-up your child after the service.

Our BRAVE Kids team members go through multiple training sessions, background checks and are disciple making members of BRAVE Church.

Join the BRAVE Kids Team

Join the opportunities to disciple, love on kids and pour into the lives of our BRAVE Church families.

BRAVE Kids is always on the lookout for fun, dedicated and caring team members. Whether it is in the nursery caring for little ones, leading a small group of first graders or even serving on the check-in team, there are opportunities that will fit your gifting.

Get Involved

All adult and youth BRAVE Kids team members are carefully selected and trained by church staff to maintain the highest integrity of our program. In addition, all adult team members are background checked both nationally and locally. We also have a no 1-on-1 policy. This means that at no time should a team member or staff be left alone with a child.

Classrooms open 20 minutes prior to service times. Pick-up will begin immediately after the worship service ends. At check-in, your kid will be assigned a randomized code printed on their name tag and your claim ticket. Present the claim ticket when you pick up your kid from their classroom. Kids will not be released if the code does not match.

In addition to our highly trained and loving safety team, we have an additional safety team roaming our BRAVE kids ministry to maintain a fun yet safe environment for all kids.
